Telecommunications Company seeks an IT Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
• Taking high-level ideas, requirements, business plans and new product developments and translate them into concrete system designs;
• Performing scoping, assessments, functional designs, business process impacts and use case designs;
• Ensure that the specifications produced describe how the solution integrates with both the business processes and products, and the existing information systems and the IT infrastructure;
• Liaising with business and development team for both legacy and new information systems.
Relevant Tertiary Qualification: Bachelors Computer Science, B Com IS, B Tech IS
3 - 5 years exp in a similar role
Business and Systems Analysis exp
System integration, testing and administration exp
Project Management exposure
System and solution design skills
Problem / incident management
Telecommunication industry knowledge, e-Tom experience highly beneficial
