- KPA evaluation for call centre team.
- Drive and motivate call centre team.
- Manage the database.
- Build data and Quality Assurance.
- Will be required to compile core lists
Good reporting skills essential.
Strong communication skills: written, verbal and presentation.
Strong analytical ability.
Team lead / Senior Call Centre Agent or Call Centre Management experience preferred.
Must be able to compile research analysis.
